1997 SESSION
HB 2069 Administrative license revocation for multiple DUI offenses.
Introduced by: John J. Davies III | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
License revocation for multiple offense DUI. Provides that when the court issues a restricted permit to drive in lieu of restoring the privilege to drive for a person whose license was administratively revoked for multiple DUI offenses, the court must notify the local VASAP of its decision to issue a restricted permit instead of a full privilege to drive. VASAP is then required to monitor the person's compliance with court-imposed restrictions.
