SUMMARY:
First time offender reduction for prescription fraud. Provides that a first offender is eligible for a deferred disposition and ultimately a reduction in the charge, from a Class 6 felony to a Class 1 misdemeanor, if that person consents to a screening, evaluation and a probationary period of one year during which he is to submit to random drug testing, and participate in an education program.
