SUMMARY:
Personal flotation devices. Prohibits the owner or any person having control of a vessel less than 20 feet in length from permitting a person under the age of 12 to be in the vessel while the vessel is underway if such minor is not wearing a personal flotation device approved by the United States Coast Guard. Misdemeanor only.
