SUMMARY:

Public service companies; forecasts. Eliminates the annual reporting of a five- and ten-year operating forecast by electric utilities to the Virginia State Corporation Commission. The bill requires electric utilities to furnish forecasts on such terms and for such time periods as the Commission directs.
