SUMMARY:

Storage of apples. Requires that an apple be stored in a controlled atmosphere for 60 days to receive a "CA" (controlled atmosphere) designation. Under current Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regulations, apples must be stored for a minimum of 90 days in order to receive such a designation; however, Jonathan apples may be removed from storage after 60 days.
