SUMMARY:

CHINSUP; truancy. Allows the court to consider the report of an interdisciplinary team in truancy cases which met prior to the initial court hearing instead of ordering a team to consider the case after the child is found to be in need of services provided the earlier evaluation was made within the preceding 90 days.
