SUMMARY:
Elections; duties of officers of election; signing various documents. Replaces the requirement that all officers of election at the precinct sign certain documents with the requirement that the chief officer and the assistant officer for the precinct sign the documents. The documents are the statement required if the counter on a voting machine does not register zero before the polls are opened, the officers' endorsement on the pollbooks after the polls close, and the statement of results for the election. In some precincts more than 10 officers may be on duty.
