SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; licenses generally. Imposes a time limit of 30 days on the ABC Board to exercise its right to require a licensee who notifies the Board of a change in ownership or a change in business to reapply for a license. The bill further provides that if the Board does not exercise its authority within the 30-day period, the licensee shall not be required to reapply for a license.
