SUMMARY:
Virginia Charitable Gaming Commission; conduct of bingo games by certain organizations. Requires the Virginia Charitable Gaming Commission to adopt regulations which prescribe the conditions under which a qualified organization, organized exclusively for community purposes, may manage, operate or conduct charitable gaming on behalf of volunteer fire or rescue squads, provided such participation is limited to one calendar day in any calendar month. The bill also exempts such organization's members from the prohibition against participating in the conduct of bingo when such members are not bona fide members of the organization conducting the bingo game.
