HB 2000 Cemeteries; correction of interment errors.

SUMMARY:

Cemeteries; interment. Provides a procedure for declaring interment rights which have not been exercised in 50 years or more to be declared abandoned, with title to such rights reverting to the cemetery. The bill sets out the notice and other requirements that must be followed. The bill also provides for the correction of interment errors and contains appropriate notice requirements.
