SUMMARY:

Representation in suits relating to the real property of a person under a disability. Provides that where a person under a disability is already represented by a guardian, committee or, in the case of an incompetent ex-serviceman, a trustee, a guardian ad litem need not be appointed in a suit involving the sale of the person's real property.
