SUMMARY:
Ineligibility for concealed handgun permit. Renders a person ineligible for a concealed handgun permit who, within three years of his application, was convicted of a drug offense or who was charged with a drug offense and given a deferred disposition based on a finding that the facts were sufficient for a finding of guilt.
