SUMMARY:

Nonemergency health-related services in schools. Prohibits disciplinary actions, placing on probation or dismissal if a licensed instructional employee refuses to perform nonemergency health-related services for students. "Health-related services" is defined as those activities which, when performed in a health care facility, must be delivered by or under the supervision of a licensed or certified professional.
