SUMMARY:

Property; credit line deeds of trust. Allows a noteholder to unilaterally file a notice of its change of name or address on a credit line deed of trust. Currently, the noteholder must obtain the borrower's signature in order to effect such change. Getting borrowers' signatures can be difficult in connection with the assignment or transfer of a significant number of notes.
