Claims; Bennett, Stephen R. III and Yoko M. Provides $1,566.12 in relief to Stephen R. Bennett III and Yoko M. Bennett, who failed to meet the November 1, 1994, deadline established by the General Assembly for federal retirees to preserve their rights to recover any Virginia taxes paid on federal retirement income for taxable years 1985 through 1988. They missed the applicable deadlines because they were residing in Korea during the period and did not receive forms from the Department of Taxation.
