SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemptions; Alternatives, Inc. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1997, through June 30, 1998, for purchases made by a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and which is organized to provide solution-focused, youth development programs which help young people contribute positively to their own health and creativity and to the quality of their community.
