SUMMARY:
Claims; relief for Brophy, John N. Provides $4,850 in relief for John N. Brophy. Mr. Brophy's car was stolen in December 1995. At the time of the incident, Mr. Brophy suffered a stroke which resulted in memory loss until March 1996. During this time the Fairfax Police were investigating the theft; meanwhile, the Arlington Police impounded Mr. Brophy's automobile and sold it. Arlington County will reimburse the state treasury from its distributions of ABC profits.
