SUMMARY:
Criminal records checks of certain school boards' employees. Adds the County of Dinwiddie to the list of school boards authorized to require fingerprinting and to access the Federal Bureau of Investigation's national records through the State Police exchange. All school boards are required to search state records; however, only those school boards provided this authority may access the national criminal records. The records are only searched for specific egregious violations.
