SUMMARY:
Stalking. Defines "conduct directed at another person" to include engaging in willfully and maliciously following, contacting, or placing under surveillance another person. The bill also allows for the warrantless arrest of persons alleged to have engaged in stalking and increases the penalties for first, second and subsequent offenses of stalking.
