SUMMARY:
Missing Children Record-Flagging Act. Provides a mechanism whereby missing children's birth certificates, school records, and day care records are "flagged" with a notation that the child has been reported as missing. The bill also contains provisions for law enforcement to notify various entities upon receiving a report about a missing child and provides immunity for good faith compliance.
