SUMMARY:

False photographs of potential candidates or nominees; penalty. Provides that any person who knowingly and willfully delivers or transmits any false and untrue photograph, film, slide, negative, motion picture, or video recording, knowing the same to be false or untrue, concerning any potential nominee or candidate, shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony.
