SUMMARY:
Inclusion of certain students in average daily membership. Provides that private school and home-school students who are enrolled in public schools on a less than full-time basis will be counted in average daily membership (ADM) in the relevant school division on a pro rata basis as provided in the appropriation act. No such student will be counted as more than one-half of a student.
