SUMMARY:
Payment of fines by credit card; exception. Adds Appomattox, Charlotte, and Sussex Counties to the list of clerks of court who have the discretion to accept payment of fines, fees and penalties by credit card. Under §19.2-353.3 clerks of court must accept such payments by credit card. This act of assembly gives certain clerks the option.
