SUMMARY:

Securities; registration exemption; offers communicated on the Internet. Allows offers of unregistered securities to be made in Virginia via the Internet. The bill also authorizes the Virginia State Corporation Commission to prescribe rules to regulate the conditions under which this registration exemption may be utilized.
