SUMMARY:

Crimes; escapes from secure juvenile facilities; penalty. Makes an escape from a secure facility operated under contract with the Department of Juvenile Justice punishable in the same manner as escapes from such facilities operated by the Department of Corrections. The provisions applicable to escape from Department of Juvenile Justice facilities are limited to secure facilities.
