SUMMARY:

Cemeteries; title thereto. Clarifies that land used as a cemetery may be conveyed to a county, city or town and held in the name of such county, city or town and not through a board of trustees. Upon such conveyance, any perpetual care fund associated with such land or cemetery must also be conveyed.
