Sales and use tax exemption; Deer Rapids Road Fund Trustees, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1997, through June 30, 1998, to a federally tax-exempt corporation which maintains 4.9 miles of roadway for public access to a state river, a national forest and two public lots in a vacation subdivision.
