HB 1811 Storage of biological evidence.

SUMMARY:

Storage of biological evidence. Provides that, for any biological evidence upon which DNA testing can be performed, the court shall order the storage of such evidence for a period not to exceed the lesser of the maximum for which the defendant could be incarcerated or 20 years.
