SUMMARY:

Filing deadline for business licenses. Establishes April 15 as the date by which businesses subject to a BPOL tax must apply for the annual license. The deadline applies to businesses issued a license for the preceding year. Currently, every locality is required to adopt a March 1 due date for license applications.
