SUMMARY:
Charter; City of Radford. Provides that no council member is eligible during his term of office as such member to hold any other office filled by the council, by election or by appointment, except as permitted by general law. The current charter provisions are more restrictive in that there is no exception made for appointments permitted by general law, and the prohibition to hold any other office extends for one year after completion of a term.
