SUMMARY:
Malicious wounding on school grounds or school bus; penalty. Provides that a wounding with a firearm, accomplished while either person is upon school grounds or a school bus, with malice and intent to maim, is a Class 2 felony and, if such act is done without malice, is a Class 5 felony.
