SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemptions; area agencies on aging. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1997, through June 30, 1998, for tangible personal property purchased for use or consumption by area agencies on aging. This broadens the current exemption which covers home-delivered meals and congregate meals.
