SUMMARY:
Claims; relief for Kuehn, Sandra E. Provides $335 in relief for Sandra E. Kuehn, an employee of the Department of Corrections, who was denied health care coverage for expenses related to the birth of her son. The Department of Corrections failed to advise Mrs. Kuehn that she was required to enroll her son as a beneficiary under the health care plan within 31 days after his birth in order for him to receive medical coverage.
