SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; various organizations. Creates sales and use tax exemptions for organizations which are of a type similar to the following: Literacy Council of Northern Virginia; Literacy Volunteers of America; The Socrates Institute; Southwest Virginia Education and Training Network; Virginia State Reading Association; Piedmont Regional Science Fair; Childhelp/Tyler Village Foundation; Animal Industry Foundation; Colonial Heights Vo-Tech Foundation; Child Health Investment Partnership; March of Dimes; Lewis-Gale Foundation; Northern Virginia Dental Clinic, Inc.; Area Agencies on Aging; Big Island Athletic Association; The Columbians, Inc.; Marine Toys for Tots Foundation; Alternatives, Inc.; Gemeinschaft Home; Friends of the Shenandoah River; Loudoun County Christmas in April, Inc.; Friends of Libraries Organizations; Community Residences, Inc.; Arlingtonians Ministering to Emergency Needs; Community Bible Study, Inc.; Deer Rapids Road Fund Trustees, Inc.; Mid-Atlantic Teen Challenge; United Jewish Community of the Virginia Peninsula, Inc.; Northern Virginia Training Center-Parents & Associates; Friends of Dragon Run, Inc.; Autism Society of America; Association of Retarded Citizens; Radford Clothing Bank; Greater Richmond Youth Hockey Association; Falls Church-McLean Day Care Center; Prince William Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers; Manassas City Crime Solvers; Virginia Elks Youth Camp, Inc.; United Jewish Appeal Federation of Greater Washington; Virginia Conservation Network; Robert E.
