SUMMARY:
Claims; Russell, Beverly Q. Provides $122,582.37 in relief for Beverly Q. Russell, an employee of the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services at Catawba Hospital. In the course of her duties, Mrs. Russell was injured by a violent patient. The amount is payable by the Commonwealth from the insurance fund administered by the Division of Risk Management over a nine-year period and is subject to written evidence that Mrs. Russell is unable to work.
