HB 1705 Motor fuels taxes; refunds to certain off-road vehicles.

SUMMARY:

Fuels taxes. Removes equipment used for off-road purposes and certain vehicles which are exempt from registration from the definition of "highway vehicle." Fuel used off-highway in such equipment is made eligible for a fuels tax refund.
