Sales and use tax exemption; Childhelp/Tyler Village Foundation. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1997, through June 30, 2001, to a nonprofit tax-exempt foundation which provides residential treatment and educational services to abused children and their families and operates a Head Start program.
