SUMMARY:
Computer trespass. Provides that reckless disregard for the consequences of unauthorized use of a computer system carries the same penalty as the intentional act. The bill also lowers the threshold for a Class 6 felony punishment for such acts to $1,000 damage in a year to person or property instead of $2500 per act resulting in property damage only.
