Sales tax exemption; nonprofit cultural organization. Grants a sales and use tax exemption for nonprofit organizations organized to acquire, reconstruct and preserve the adult home and burial place of a signer of the Declaration of Independence and to cooperate with universities within the Commonwealth in training artisans, architects and others in preservation skills.
