SUMMARY:
Possession of spray paint by juvenile. Makes it unlawful for any juvenile to possess any paint implement, except under the supervision of an adult or within the course of his employment. A violation of this section shall be a Class 3 misdemeanor. Any second or subsequent violation shall be punishable as a Class 2 misdemeanor.
