SUMMARY:
Virginia Liaison Office. Removes the responsibility of the Virginia Liaison Office as it relates to the monitoring and influencing the development of federal agency rules and regulations of interest to the Commonwealth and replaces it with the responsibility to support state agencies in monitoring and influencing the development of federal rules and regulations. This bill is a recommendation of JLARC pursuant to House Document No. 13 (1997).
