SUMMARY:
Juvenile court proceedings; public access. Requires the clerks of the juvenile and family courts to make available after a preliminary hearing at which probable cause is found, the name of a juvenile 14 or older and the date and time of further proceedings to be held. This will facilitate public access to criminal proceedings involving older juveniles.
