SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax; educational organizations. Provides a sales and use tax exemption for purchases by a nonprofit § 501 (c) (3) organization organized for the purpose of educating the public about animal agriculture and its importance to the quality of life of citizens. The Animal Industry Foundation (AIF) would be a beneficiary of the exemption.
