SUMMARY:

General district courts; civil jurisdiction. Increases from $10,000 to $15,000 the ceiling amount of any civil claim to specific property, any debt, fine or other money, damages for breach of contract or to person or property recoverable by action at law or in equity over which the general district court has jurisdiction concurrent with the circuit court. It also similarly increases such amount for attachment cases.
