Disregarding, eluding police. Raises the penalty for (i) disregarding a police officer's signal to stop from a Class 4 misdemeanor to a Class 1 misdemeanor, (ii) eluding police from a Class 1 misdemeanor to a Class 6 felony, and (iii) eluding police and causing injury from a Class 6 to a Class 5 felony.
