SUMMARY:

Special license plates; recipients of the Navy Cross, the Distinguished Service Cross, the Air Force Cross, or the Distinguished Flying Cross. Allows unremarried surviving spouses of recipients of the Navy Cross, the Distinguished Service Cross, the Air Force Cross, or the Distinguished Flying Cross to receive special license plates authorized for recipients of those decorations.
