SUMMARY:

State Lottery Board. Requires all lottery tickets printed after July 1, 1997, to bear a toll-free telephone number for "Gamblers Anonymous" or other organization that provides assistance to compulsive gamblers. The bill provides that this requirement shall expire on July 1, 1998.
