SUMMARY:

Charles City County; division and conveyance of land to siblings. Allows Charles City County to permit the division of a lot or parcel for conveyance to a sibling. Subdivision A 12 of §15.1-466, which currently controls this subject area, does not include sibling in the definition of a member of the immediate family.
