SUMMARY:
Special exceptions. Provides that zoning ordinances shall not require that a special exception be obtained for (i) residential uses in a residential zone, and single family residential uses in an agriculture zone or conservation zone, (ii) commercial uses in a commercial zone or (iii) industrial uses in an industrial zone. Special exceptions shall not be required for any use that is customarily allowed in a zone. Uses customarily allowed in a zone include all uses associated with a particular zone that are not by their nature hazardous to human life.
