SUMMARY:
Juveniles; loss of driving privileges. Makes it permissive for the court to discharge the child and dismiss the proceedings against him after the child has fulfilled the terms and conditions of the court where the child has (i) violated the DUI law, (ii) refused to take a blood test, (iii) unlawfully purchased alcohol, (iv) been found guilty of public intoxication, or (v) unlawfully used or possessed a handgun.
